SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and demand, but most UK orders arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a dispatch email with tracking details once it has been shipped.

If there are any unexpected delays, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, responsibility for delivery lies with them. If anything goes wrong in transit, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist.
